These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and Koitoto ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the Koitoto platform available at koitoto.casa ("the Platform"), including all associated games, sports betting products, promotions, mobile interfaces, and customer support services.

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the Koitoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform, register an account, or participate in any games or betting activities offered by Koitoto.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Koitoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Koitoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where the User cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using gambling services.
• One Account Rule: Each individual may register only one Account. Attempting to open multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or under another identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided must be true, current, and accurate. Users must promptly update their Account details if any information changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either imposed by you on your own Account or applied by a recognised responsible gambling body. Users who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must be opening and operating the Account solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.

To complete registration, Users must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, and country of residence. Koitoto uses this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Before a User may withdraw funds, Koitoto requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. This process may require submission of one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo identification document such as a Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence bearing the User's name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account, e-wallet (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay), or cryptocurrency wallet used for deposits or withdrawals.

Koitoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions, or account closure. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By accessing and using the Koitoto Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform only for its intended lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or other non-human mechanisms to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Exploiting any software error, loophole, or vulnerability in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or employing any strategy that seeks to manipulate game outcomes.
• Posting or transmitting any content through the Platform's chat or communication features that is offensive, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Attempting to access another User's account, the Platform's backend systems, or any data not intended for your personal use.

Koitoto reserves the right to monitor all Platform activity and to take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities, in response to any prohibited conduct.

Koitoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrencies via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and BTC/USDT. Available payment methods are subject to change at Koitoto's discretion without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion stipulates a higher minimum. Deposit limits may be adjusted at Koitoto's discretion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Users who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing with no pending investigations.
• Withdrawal Processing: Koitoto aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Most DuitNow and FPX transactions are completed within 15 minutes of approval, though processing times may vary based on banking partner availability.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Koitoto reserves the right to require this as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's withdrawal page and are subject to periodic revision.
• Currency: All Player Fund balances are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction, as published on the Platform.

Koitoto offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Acceptance: By opting into a bonus or depositing in response to a bonus offer, you accept all terms applicable to that promotion. It is your responsibility to read the specific promotion terms before claiming any offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or un-wagered bonus credits may expire after a period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus credits will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: Koitoto actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements, and withdrawal of funds prior to genuine engagement with the Platform. Suspected abuse may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• Eligibility: Certain promotions are available only to new players, only to players who have not previously claimed a specific offer, or only to players meeting specified deposit or activity thresholds. Eligibility criteria are stated on each promotion page.
• Modification and Withdrawal: Koitoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are in the process of being wagered.

All betting and casino gaming activities on the Koitoto Platform are governed by the specific rules published for each game or betting market, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's or market's rules, the specific rules prevail in relation to that game or market.

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may vary by game type, market, and account tier.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: abandonment or postponement of a sporting event beyond the period specified in the market rules; an obvious error in odds pricing; system malfunction at the time of bet placement; or evidence that a bet was placed using a prohibited method.
• Palpable Errors: Koitoto reserves the right to void or correct any bet placed at odds that were clearly and demonstrably erroneous due to a technical or pricing error, even after the event result is known. Users should not knowingly exploit pricing errors.
• In-Play Betting: Bets placed on live or in-play markets are subject to market suspension at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Final Results: Official results as published by the relevant sporting body or verified by Koitoto's data providers are final for the purposes of settlement. Koitoto will not accept claims based on alternative unofficial results.

All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generation system. Results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including Koitoto. RTP percentages for all games are available on request and are regularly independently audited.

Koitoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.

All content on the Koitoto Platform, including but not limited to the Koitoto brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials ("Intellectual Property"), is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Koitoto Intellectual Property without the Company's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Koitoto's Intellectual Property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action. Users who submit content to the Platform, including chat messages or feedback, grant Koitoto a non-exclusive licence to use such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Koitoto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if Koitoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Koitoto's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Koitoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Koitoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which Koitoto shall not be liable.

Koitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct outlined in Section 5.
• Failure to comply with KYC requirements within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment processor.
• Discovery that the User was ineligible to register at the time of account creation, including underage registration.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in accordance with the dormant account policy published on the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, Koitoto may forfeit all or part of the Account balance. Where closure is initiated by Koitoto for reasons unrelated to any User fault, all verified Player Funds will be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method.

Users may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests will be processed within five business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Koitoto is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with Malaysian law. Koitoto makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction, and access from locations where online gambling is prohibited is at the User's own risk and responsibility. Koitoto does not claim regulation by Bank Negara Malaysia or any Malaysian government body, as no such licence for online gambling currently exists in Malaysia.

In the event of any dispute between a User and Koitoto that cannot be resolved through customer support channels, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Koitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Koitoto will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, will notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

We recommend that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute.
